200 grams white chocolate
4 candy canes crushed
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Melt chocolate ( I melted mine in the microwave and it took about 1 min 30 sec's) just stir every 30 seconds until it has completely melted.
3. Pour chocolate and spread evenly over baking sheet and sprinkle with the crushed candy cane.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour until hardened. Then peel paper off and break into pieces.
You could also swap out the white chocolate for dark chocolate which I will also be making later on.
